After 3 Years in custody, the sexual model court division of the High Court in Freetown will today 14th February 2023 deliver judgement on the politician and the former Alliance Democratic Party (ADP) presidential candidate, Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray

The former Alliance Democratic Party (ADP) presidential candidate who is standing trial for penetrating a 15-year-old minor about three years ago and has been in custody since, will face the court today Tuesday 14 February 2023.

Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray was arrested on 17th July 2020 by police following a complaint of an alleged sexual penetration of a 15-year-old schoolgirl.

On 7th September last year, he was granted bail but the judiciary and senior politicians in the Bio-led government have refused to set him free, claiming that he has failed to meet his bail conditions, a propaganda Kamarainba denies.
