With a period of barely six months to the grand showdown of the multi-tier elections in Sierra Leone, former Minister of Transport and Aviation under the past APC administration, Hon. Ibrahim Kemoh Sesay from Port Loko District has thrown his hat into the race to become the next flag bearer of the party.

He made this declaration at a well-attended meeting at the Great Bai Bureh Memorial Hall in Port Loko District.

Meanwhile, Hon. Kemoh Sesay is expected to join the long list of potential candidates, including former V.P Chief Sam Sumana, Dr. Samura Wilson Kamara, Dr. Richard Konteh, Dr. Kaifala Marah, Ambassa r Alimamy Petito, amongst many others vying for the same position.

However, Hon. Kemoh Sesay is considered a grassroots politician who couldn’t be taken for granted by all indications.
