Former president of Sierra Leone Ernest Bai Koroma will today be sharing his rich leadership experience with TEL-AFRICA, which leverages on distinct experiential and intellectual outlook with a youth paradigm to enrich insight and approaches to the leadership, governance and security nexus in Africa.

He will be speaking on the theme; “Reaction Vs. Proaction; rethinking the leadership experience in Africa.”

TEL-Africa taps into the vast experiences of former leaders who have weathered both successes and failures and makes them available to critical stakeholders in Africa and beyond.

It also provides a consistent platform for blending experiential leadership and academic discourse with a youth nuance to influence transformative leadership, security, governance and development from an African perspective.

Central to the nexus of governance and security resulting from proactive or reactive policy decisions is leadership has become critical to Africa’s democracy, peace and economic development.
