The new trend for young men in Sierra Leone seems to be the consumption of this local contraband substance known as ‘Kush’.

The intake of ‘kush’ has become a competition among not only young jobless men but also among respected individuals in the society.

Throughout this week, the Social media have been flooded with videos of Sierra Leonean Youths believed to be under the influence of kush, stand-sleeping on the street in broad day light.

Today, the Sierra Leone Police have joined the new race, as one of them has been captured on camera behaving the same way (as if under the influence of kush).

The only difference is that, this officer is seen sitted and sleeping funnily with his glasses on.
