Popular Entrepreneur, TV Personality, Youth Ambassador and Entertainment Executive, Alhaji K. Tarawally commonly known as Laj-K received award from his university, Schiller International University in Germany where he is presently pursuing his Master’s degree in International Relations.

His award came after successfully executing his Africa 100 Most Influential Young Leadership Awards, Kizz Daniel’s Africa Music Festival and the 5th annual National Entertainment Awards in Sierra Leone. The TV personality was also given the opportunity to share his work with the university so that it can be published on their social media channels.

Laj-K took Facebook and shared the good news to Sierra Leoneans.

“It has been a fantastic journey for me so far. Many thanks to Allah for giving me the rightful team, the guidance, the strength, the courage, the resources, the perseverance, and the determination to pull up three major successful events in less than 35 days. That includes the Africa 100 Most Influential Young Leadership Awards, the Kizz Daniel’ Africa Music Festival, and the 5th annual National Entertainment Awards Sierra Leone. For me, that was a blessing and a very massive success for a small team with no major corporate sponsorship. And I’m also proud for all the hard work and efforts we’ve been able to manifest in the year 2021, and one that I’m greatly indebted and thankful to God Almighty and my team.

I’m glad to have safely arrived at my second home, Germany, after two days of flight exhaustion from Freetown, transiting to France to then Germany. My arrival was surprisingly well-received with an invitation to meet with senior management staff of my university and do a formal presentation and photoshoot for publications on all of their social media platforms; I have been one of their first African students to receive the “100 Most Influential Young Leadership Awards in Africa.” For my University, that was history and worth celebrating for them and me.

I’m glad to have safely arrived in my beautiful city, Heidelberg, Germany, to continue pursuing my double Master’s in International Relations and Diplomacy at the Schiller International University. One of the top universities globally is amongst the top five universities in Germany and the top ten in Europe. Schiller International University has five campuses in the U.S.A, Germany, UK, France, and Spain. Its campuses are home to students from more than 130 countries, from across Europe, Africa, the Americas, and Asia.

I’m again grateful to God for my safe arrival and to continuing where I left off because, for me, education is very much essential… when you have the opportunity and resources, you have to go ahead and fulfill your dreams and aspiration because EDUCATION is the passport to the future, for tomorrow, belongs to those who prepare for it today.

I’m also proud and thankful that by the end of this year, I will be joining the list of Prominent figures like Sylvester ‘Rambo’ Stallone (an American actor), Andy Murray (a Professional Tennis player), Otto Sonnenholzner (the 50th President of Ecuador), Simon Bowthorpe (an English entrepreneur), and a host of others, are all alumnus and products of this reputable international learning institution – Schiller International University.” He expressed.
