Mr. Josie Abraham Scott-Manga has been appointed Deputy Executive Director of the Sierra Leone Road Safety Authority (SLRSA), according to a letter from the Office of the President dated March 14, 2025.
The appointment, made by President Julius Maada Bio, is in accordance with Section 14 (1) of the Road Transport Act, 1996.
The letter, signed by Secretary to the President, Dr. Emmanuela R. Gaima, informed Mr. Scott-Manga of his new position, stating that the terms and conditions of service will be communicated to him in due course.
“I congratulate you on your appointment and wish you success in this assignment,” Dr. Gaima wrote.
The appointment will take effect from the date Mr. Scott-Manga reports for duty, and he has been requested to inform the Office of the President of the effective date.
