Health Minister Assures of Sustainable Development

The Minister of Health and Sanitation (MOHS) Austin Demby has maintained that the transformational health plan is still very active in ensuring a sustainable rollout at every location in the country.

He made these assertions at the official launch of the 4 key documents including the RNMCAH strategy 2023-2027 which may help build an improve the health sector in the country.

The minister stated that the election has nothing to do with health transformation as the peoples’ health does not wait for transformation.

“In line with president bio, the peoples’ health does not wait for election results. We continue to press on. Building on gains in maternal health we are now prioritizing infant, children and adolescent health,” he maintained.
