Mr. Ibrahim Sannoh, the Minister of Youth Affairs, has left Sierra Leone to attend the 13th World Ministers Forum in Busan, South Korea, hosted by the International Youth Fellowship on July 9, 2025.

This high-level forum will gather Ministers of Youth and Education from over 30 countries, aiming to revitalize and reshape the global mindset of today’s youth while fostering leadership, resilience, and a spirit of global citizenship.

During the event, Minister Sannoh is expected to deliver a keynote address in one of the plenary sessions, emphasizing Sierra Leone’s commitment to youth empowerment, innovation, and sustainable development.
