Chief Minister David Monina Sengeh has lauded telecommunications provider QCell SL for its direct engagement with the Kissi community and its recent upgrade of district connectivity to 4G services.
Speaking during a community event in the region, Chief Minister Sengeh praised QCell SL’s commitment to bridging the digital divide and enhancing access to high-speed internet in underserved areas.
He emphasized that the initiative reflects a strong alignment with the government’s national development agenda, particularly in improving digital inclusion and economic empowerment.
