The Ministry of Planning and Economic Development (MOPED) has engaged a special Chinese Feasibility team on Developmental Plans and strategies.

The Team will work on examining possible locations of Regional markets and Transformation hubs, Solar Street lights, and boreholes to be donated to Sierra Leone.

This came about following request made by President Bio and the Minister for Planning and Economic Development, Francis M. Kai-Kai.

“It was a pleasure to have a debriefing meeting this week with the Chinese Feasibility team that has just completed an assessment of some proposed locations of regional market and transport hubs, and solar boreholes and street lights pledged to Sierra Leone,” he noted.
