Ministry of Gender Suspends CFN Bombali President Over Alleged Sexual Misconduct

The Ministry of Gender and Children’s Affairs, Bombali District Office, has issued a notice suspending Mohamed Sallieu Jalloh as President of the Children’s Forum Network (CFN) Bombali District.

The suspension is due to allegations of sexual misconduct and other official misconduct.

According to the notice, Aminata Lucy Kamara, the current Vice President of CFN Bombali District, has been appointed to act as president until further notice.

The Ministry’s decision aims to protect the reputation and image of CFN Bombali District and the country, as well as the alleged victims.

The notice, signed by the Assistant Director of the Ministry, takes immediate effect.
