The Ministry of Labor has expressed concern over the the proliferation of third-party employment by unauthorized private recruitment agencies in the country.

In order to effectively regulate third-party employment, the Ministry of Labor instructs all private recruitment agencies/outsourcing companies existing in Sierra Leone to submit the following documents to the Commissioner of Labor for necessary action.

1. Covering letter
2. Company Registration Certificate
3. PAYE schedule
4. NASSIT Clearance Certificate
5. Areas of operation/list of clients (employers)
6. Terms and conditions of service

The deadline for submission is on Thursday 18th November, 2021.
