A delegation from the Ministry of Technical and Higher Education led by Minister Haja Ramatulai Wurie has engaged some stakeholders in the southern region on educational policy and plans.
The engagement was based on the dual apprenticeship policy in support of the TVET in the country. This sector will serve to equip the youths with the skills to thrive in industrial management and some other related areas for growth and development as well as becoming entrepreneurs and subsequently drive the economic development of the country.
The Deputy Minister, Sarjoh Aziz Kamara has also joined the Freetown HCI to celebrate ITEC Day 2023, a training which supports the human capital development vision of President Bio.
According to them, the engagement will be made to leverage on ITEC Network and TVET institutions and advance STEAM education.
