The Ministry of Youth Affairs has secured funding from the government of Sierra Leone for the final payment to contractors who have completed the construction of car wash centers across the country.

The fund secured amounted to four million two hundred and fifty thousand (NLe, 4,250,000). The sum will be distributed to various districts in the country to those contractors that will prove complexion of work respectively.

In his statement, the Minister of Youth Affairs, Mohamed Orman Bangura maintained that, President Bio is always committed to making sure that the youths of Sierra Leone gets a better life and the inclusion is highly intensive.

We talk. We Act. We commission. We pay. President Bio’s abiding faith of empowering the youth of our country continues. And as you can see from this list, we are radically inclusive”. He stated.

The car wash project was implemented to alleviate the many suffering and complains from the youths to have places that they will get to positively engage themselves. The minister believes that, from every corner of the country these youths are benefitting from the car was initiative that is fully paid for by the government. He said they will work hard to change the narratives for the youths in the country.
