Sierra Leone member of Parliament Hon Ahmed Samba Turay representing constituecy 073 koya chiefdom portloko district is dead.

Sierraloaded learnt that Turay passed away today at 1pm in his house at Waterloo 5mile newton.

Born on 17th August1959 in Koya Portloko District Nort-West region of Sierra Leone. He is a politician with a Diploma in local Government Administration.

Having got years of experience in the governance sector, he decided to be part of it by standing for the Member of Parliament role in Constituency 073 North-West region of Sierra Leone under the All People’s Congress Party (APC). His people believe in him and for this reason allow him to run for the Parliamentary seat. He became victorious by winning the 2018 elections after so many struggles.As a Politician, he is aware of problems faced by

Sierra Leoneans and recommended solutions to solve the problem that is why he has been restless in advocating in the house of Parliament so that government policies are the best interest of the people.

Honourable Ahmed Samba Turay is a Member of the Fisheries and Marine Resources Committee and the Transparency& Accountability Committee in the house of Parliament.

Honourable Ahmed Samba Turay has identified quality Education, Health facilities and Agriculture as a felt needs affecting his people and with the view having him as a Member of Parliament will help solve these issues.
