Police Arrest 15 APC Protesters at Waterloo

The Local Unit Commander of Waterloo Division, CSP Mr. Ibrahim M Sama has on Wednesday the 21st day of June 2023, arrested a total of 15 people, comprising 2 women and 13 men, from various communities around Waterloo.

They were arrested for the offences of Unlawful Protests and Incitement after they were caught with placards demonstrating on the major streets and roads of Waterloo.

The 15 arrested persons, who seemed to be in high spirits, have refused to make statements to the Waterloo Police insisting that they need to see their lawyers first.

To demonstrate you must have approval from the police. APC did not have permit to be on the street today so it makes sense to arrest them. why are these people so lawless. Your commander Adebayor who ordered you to out will represent you.
