The Congo Cross Police Division has on the early morning hours of today, 28 August 2022 arrested a armed robber in possession of giant cutter, two crowbars, two cutlass, five phones, two laptop and a bag. The properties belong to two American citizens residing at a guest house in Mudge Farm.
This is According to a flash report filed by Insp. Alieu Mansaray, Information Officer Congo Cross Police Division.
The report states that: “On today’s date 28th August 2022, at 03: 37 hours, a team led by Ops Minor Inspector Bernard Massaquoi left the station for Mudge Farm, off Aberdeen Road upon a distressed call. Upon arrival at the scene, the team discovered that Knox Saint Michael Ewers and Francesca Simcox both are American citizens lodged at a guest house at Mudge Farm were robbed. The team keep on chasing these robbers along Macfoy Lane, Congo Town where one shot was released that made one to run out of luck and was caught; in possession of giant cutter, two crowbars, two cutlass, five phones, two laptop and a bag. These stolen properties belong to the above persons whom were robbed.”
