Police in Sierra Leone said they only discovered a licensed pistol at the house of Admire Bio-Jalloh and her husband, Dawda Jalloh.
In a press conference on Thursday, Director of Crime Services, Commissioner Joseph Lahai say they found nothing of interest after a morning raid on the residence of the President’s niece.
It follows persistent and fevered speculation that the niece of the country’s president is involved in the production and sale of the synthetic drug known as Kush. She has vehemently denied the allegations.
Commissioner Lahai says he led the raid which started at 6am. He said that they searched everywhere in the house and the cars parked in the compound and found no sign of the drug or ingredients used to produce it.
They say all they found was a pistol which the husband says he has a licence to carry.
They were both invited to the headquarters of the criminal investigations department where police say statement is being obtained from them. They’ll also search their phones and social networks, says Commissioner Lahai.

I believe the police is a credible force and cannot condole any act of lawlessness with anyone not even that woman,let’s learn to trust the good work of the police and respect them in whatever way.The woman in question is innocent of the allegation and not above the law.

What Police did not see, do you want them to see it by force? Are you serious? That woman is a Law abiding person. She knows what she is to do or not. She is not any of the APC fools or Lawless person. All this Propaganda was developed from APC camp just because they dont want us to know who are the right drugs or kush exporters in this country. Not like Paolo Conteh who was discovered with Pistol not licensed. That woman knows that there Government is in power. She is not a fools like the APC People.

Many seems to be disappointed because the police did not find kush that they could use for political gains. There is no evidence that the couple were informed in advance before the search. Every thing is politicize in this country. How long do we continue in this mess..
