Rapper Alhaji Amadu Bah popularly known as Boss La was transferred to Pademba Road Prison after appearing court on 22nd December, 2021. He was denied bail and the matter was adjourned to 28th December, 2021.

Since he was arrested 6 days ago, the police has denied him access to family members. Even food and water from family members were reportedly rejected by the police.

He was refused bail after the legal detention period of 72 hours without being charged to court either. It’s now six days behind bars following the Inspector General of Police’s declaring him wanted for insulting Asmaa James.

He spent a night at the CID, and then taken to the criminal torture camp (Benghazi). After appearing court yesterday and denied bail, he was reportedly transferred to Pademba Prison.

However, Madam Asmaa James has tendered her mercy to the rapper after appearing court. Yet still, Boss La is still in the hands of the police.
