The Political Parties Registration of Sierra Leone (PPRC) has announced that they will conduct a hearing on all petitions received from the All People’s Congress (APC) party, relative to the conduct and outcome of its District, Regional and specialise Organs Executives elections, on Wednesday the 15th February 2023.

PPRC made this revelation in a letter signed by its chairman, Abdulai M. Bangurah and addressed to the Chairman of APC’s TIIEMC on 11 February 2023.

“My letter of the 3rd instant, addressed to your goodself refers.

Having regard to the contents of the said letter, please be informed that, the Commission will conduct a hearing of all Petitions received from your Party, relative to the conduct and outcome of its District, Regional and specialise Organs Executives elections, on Wednesday the 15th February 2023, at 10am, at its Tower Hill Office Conference room. For exigencies of time, space and decorum, the Commission will only allow you, relevant focal persons of your Committee, the Petitioners and the Chairman and Secretary of the ITGC, at the hearing.

By copies hereof, the Petitioners, Chairman, and Secretary of the ITGC are accordingly informed and requested to be in attendance of the hearings.”
