Rokel Commercial Bank has on 25th February 2023 conducted strategic coaching and Mentoring Training for middle management staff at their business Banking Hall, Siaka Stevens Street, Freetown.

The training is to enhance the human capital development of the bank in terms of meeting the current challenges and expectations of the banking industry.

The training was facilitated by an internationally recognized training consultancy expert, Sama R. Forna-King.

As part of the bank’s management trajectory under the leadership of the Managing Director & CEO Dr. Gilpin, the coaching enables teamwork among RCBank employees. It also enables management staff to be consistent in their work and ensures that there is harmony among employees.

Mentoring is to support and encourage staff to provide effective services to maximize their potential, develop their skills, improve their performance, and become the person they want to be.

Coaching and mentoring are skills required to nurture staff and deliver results.
