The Ministry of Technical and Higher Education under the RUDN University is inviting applications from suitable Sierra Leoneans wishing to purse Postgraduate courses in Russia under the field of Agriculture, Engineering, Medical, Agragrain Technology.

Below are the Application criteria

1. Upload a study plan of research proposal of 2000 words for Postgraduate students.

2. Interested applicants must use the Ministry of Technical and Higher Education (MTHE) website (www. mthe. gov.sl) to apply

3 completed application form with all supporting documents should be submitted to the Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education.
