Sierra Leonean international recording and award-winning artiste, Mos-B has on his Facebook handle blasted fans and Sierra Leoneans as the cause of the unprogressive performance of the entertainment industry in the country.

The musician with dismay quotes that “Sierra Leone the most celebrated Artist is struggling to have 200k followers”. This he linked with regards to the behavior and mindset of Sierra Leoneans who are surfing the web for other foreign music and leaving theirs.

Few month ago on his page, Mos-B explained the difference between Nigeria and Sierra Leone in terms of entertainment among others. According to him, Nigerians are business-minded that invest in their acts and music. On the other hand, Sierra Leoneans are spending money on foreign acts and neglecting their local contents.

The celebrity bashing on Sierra Leoneans said the people are no appreciating the work of entertainers in the industry and prefer foreign acts more to theirs. He added that even the most celebrated artist in Sierra Leone is struggling to have 200K followers on social media platforms. Sometimes even the love and support Sierra Leoneans give are not felt by the artist.

“..please send me links where I can hear your music..” Mos-B recounts when he has been asked on many occasions for links to his songs when other foreign acts were never asked but we chose to search ourselves for their songs.

Mos-B furthered that, adding up with other factors are the reason why he chose other foreign land to do his music career where he is loved and appreciated than Sierra Leone.

Further expressing dismay and vexing anger on the people, he drew an instance to Kao Denero, Africa Hip Hop king, still struggles to reach 200K followers on social media where many are now using Android phones and surfing the web regularly.

On his Facebook handle, he wrote:

Salone people a follow Cool J yesterday. He is saying the truth. Even your must followed salone Artist they are not feeling the love and support in their music concert etc. You are not appreciating their work, you prefer others more than us. Yes I can see you on YouTube on Foreign Tubes you are champions liking and commenting. Why not us? Salone People still asking me everyday, please send me links where I can hear your music but you don’t ask for other Artist you go to YouTube and find their channels by yourself.

Why do we chose this life? It’s like you don’t want salone talents prosper? But you wants us to help you. A jump and pass God will see me through. We are running away from our country to be made else where, where they show us love and appreciation

Even Kao your African Rap god nor get a million follow on Facebook come on, If you really believe he is the most famous Rap King in Africa, why is he still struggling to get 200k followers? While salone is 7 million people. stop hurting our selves.
