The Leader and Presidential Aspirant for the main opposition party All Peoples Congress Party In Serra Leone, Samura Kamara has sent a heartfelt farewell to the outgoing UK High Commissioner To Sierra Leone, Lisa Chesney.

In his statement, he appreciated the commissioner for the work in the country and expressed that the people of the country may miss her well as she served the people of the country in a very good, “ the people of sierra leone will surely miss you” he stated.

He prayed that, God may bless the commissioner for her service to the nation as well as welcoming the newly sent UK high commissioner to the country.

Kamara revealed that, the people of Sierra Leone are very happy to receive the newly sent commissioner and assured that, Sierra Leone is a good country and that she may enjoy her sty in the country just as the former does.

Earlier on, commissioner Chesney assured Sierra Leoneans that, she will be passing the baton to a most brilliant successor with a wealth of experience.
