Sierra Leone’s Chief Minister, David Moinina Sengeh has congratulated President Bio for the award presented to him by the rebranding Africa forum as the African leader of the year 2023.

The president received the award with open hands and expressed thanks and appreciation to the awarding body saying, “I am deeply honoured, humbled and thankful to the rebranding Africa forum for conferring me with the 2023 Governance Leadership Award” he stated.

The Chief Minister expressed deep appreciation to President Bio for dedicating the award to Sierra Leone’s youth and women, emphasizing the President’s role as an “inspiring friend, mentor, adviser, and leader.”

His statement reads, “Congratulations, H.E President Bio, on your leadership award at the rebranding Africa forum in Brussels, and thank you for dedicating it to the youth and women of Sierra Leone. You are such an inspiring friend, mentor, adviser, and leader. Together, we will deliver”
