The time for issuing the cards is taking too long I have registered for the past two weeks but still have not received my ID card. I was told to wait for a text message notification which is not forth coming if someone is in urgent need to use the card how can they facilitate quick issuance NCRA need to work on that.
Just the same as me is two weeks up to now I didn’t get any message.
It’s just disorganised hope u don’t wait for too long like waiting for a vehicle life card or there is no hologram to print license.
What if I have nassit ID and a passport already? Do I still need the national id card??!
The process Is unprofessional
I went to take my own I presented my Voter ID card but my information was not seen. NCRA please you have to address this issue many people are complaining about this
It took me a month to receive mine after Registration with NCRA. It’s just crazy 🤪 for someone who needs it immediately
The issue that is leading to a delay in the registration process is that the workers are very slow, and bias. Again, it takes longer time in the preparation of the card to be handed over.
I was hoping it’s a 1 week deal but sometimes 3-4weeks, it’s bad. What of if their is an emergency?
I think it’s time these things are looked into if not, people will not still have the ID card devoid the scheduled time shown.
It’s great that I received my own ID card so quickly! It sounds like the NCRA process can vary a lot. It’s good to know some of us are getting our cards in a week, but others are waiting much longer. Hopefully, the NCRA can work on making the process more consistent and efficient for everyone.
