Sierra Leone Ambassador to Ethiopia, Harold Bundu Saffa, alongside Brigadier General Abu Bakarr Conteh, Defence Attaché, has arrived in Cairo, Egypt to participate in a four-day meeting addressing the “Peace, Security, and Development Nexus in Africa: “Bridging Gaps Between Policy and Practice.”
