The U.S. Embassy in Freetown has facilitated medical training for Sierra Leonean civilians and the for some military personnel respectively.

The U.S. Embassy Freetown through their Office of Security Cooperation helped facilitate vital medical training for Sierra Leonean civilian and military partners.

This training provided by Global Surgical and Medical Support Group, an American Non-Governmental Organization will enable security forces to address civilian and military first responder needs and support future peacekeeping operations.
