Media Personality, Vickie Remoe has supported Freetown Mayor, Yvonne Aki-Sawyerr against Chernoh Maju Bah and Alhaji Mohamed Kamara in the race for the All People’s Congress (APC) Vice-Presidential candidacy.

Remoe was reacting to a post by a local newspaper on Facebook this afternoon.

According to the press, the party was having in-door meetings to select Dr Samura Kamara’s running mate.

She also drew a correlation between the large number of registered voters who are women and how the selection of the Mayor could garner support from them.

According to Remoe, she believed that Yvonne is better placed than the others to take on President Bio and his vice, Dr Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh.

In the post, she questioned the region of birth of Bah and also related the possibility of how the Mayor’s global appeal could edge her against her two competitors.
