The National COVID 19 Response Center has cried out to the public saying they can’t accommodate more COVID 19 cases at the 34 Military Hospital in Freetown.
This was according to the Spokesperson of NaCOVERC Solomon Jamiru.
“34 hospital can’t accommodate more cases and the country’s healthcare system isn’t prepared if cases get critical,” he said.
Jamiru said this when he was giving an update on the daily COVID 19 cases in the country today June 27, 2021.
He said that the country’s COVID-19 response is at a critical phase with 7 deaths recorded in the last 48 hours.
75 positive COVID-19 cases were recorded today out of 556 samples analysed in the last 24 hours. W/Area Urban 53 and W/Rural 22.
