The Sierra Leonean law enforcement agency has officially announced the arraignment of the infamous Lebanese insurgent, Ali Jaffal, and his gang of hooligans.
This group will stand trial today, on Thursday 18th April 2024, at the Pademba Road Magistrate Court for charges related to disorderly conduct, physical assault resulting in bodily harm, premeditated injury with weapons as well as illegal possession of firearms among other offenses.
Jaffal and his cohorts were apprehended on the night of Friday, April 5th, 2024 for exhibiting a reprehensible level of terror towards innocent colleagues and citizens at the YSC Sports Complex.
Fourteen Lebanese and one Sierra Leonean sustained severe injuries and are currently undergoing treatment at Life Care Hospital due to the brutal assault inflicted upon them by Jaffal and his accomplices.
The Pademba Road Magistrate Court will now be under intense scrutiny as the public eagerly awaits a just resolution.
The gravity of the charges brought against Jaffal and his accomplices cannot be overstated. It is widely believed that it falls upon the judiciary to ensure that justice is served for the fifteen innocent Lebanese victims, including a Sierra Leonean national.
Despite inevitable attempts at bribery by unscrupulous individuals, namely certain Lebanese elders and members of the now-defunct Lebanese Union, it is imperative that the court upholds its duty to dispense justice in this matter.
We will be closely monitoring every development in this case and caution all involved parties accordingly.
If this incident occurred in Lebanon they will deport all the Sierra Leoneans. This issue should be dealt with severely. We cannot make our country into a pool where foregineers can just act how and when they feel like. Let the judgement of this case send a strong signal of consciousness to every foreigner in this country. We need justice
Padi na buff case ya u go tell me back
We are watching very closely.
