Blacker, whom Sierra Leoneans thought he is mentally affected has stated that, he will end the war between Russian and Ukraine.

In his opinion, Blacker stated that, Ukraine is wrong. According to him, Ukraine called for Independence after using Russian scientists to develop atomic weapons. When they realized that they have got enough weapons and can stand independently, they decided to withdraw from the colony which brought the idea of constructing the Berlin Wall.

“Ukraine and Russia were in one colony. Later they separated through the Berlin Wall. Ukrainians were coming to Russia to get food and take it back to Ukraine and eat it. Ukraine was hiring Russia scientists to manufacture atomic weapons. After getting enough weapons and realized that they are strong, they decided to withdraw from Russia. So, they constructed the Berlin Wall. Yet still, Ukrainians were crossing the fence to Russia for food. Later, Russia closed the gate and denied access from Ukrainians”.

Blacker added that, after Ukrainians were denied access, they requested for the fence to be destroyed which Russians declined. He further stated that, United States intervened for them to break the fence but Russia still refused. After getting tired and no positive outcome, the United States withdrew and watched them while fighting.

However, Blacker revealed that, since United States has withdrawn from the issue, he is the only one that will end the fight between Russia and Ukraine. He added that, the fight will end if they watch his video and comprehend his message.

“The next thing Ukrainians did was to request for the breaking of the wall which Russians declined. United States intervened and Russia still refused. After getting continuous refusal from Russia, United States decided to stay back and watch. Now that United States have withdrawn, no one else can separate them except me”. He spoke.
