The National Publicity Secretary of the All People’s Congress (APC), Minkailu Koroma, has clarified that the party had long welcomed former Vice President Samuel Sam-Sumana back into its fold, noting that the decision was not influenced by the Political Parties Regulation Commission (PPRC).

Koroma explained that the APC’s National Advisory Committee (NAC) will soon meet to deliberate on the PPRC’s recent ruling regarding Sam-Sumana, and determine whether the party will accept or reject the decision.

He added that the ruling was delivered on Tuesday, prompting widespread public interest. According to him, many people were eager for updates and wanted to hear whether the APC will accept the ruling of PPRC.

Minkailu Koroma concluded by stating that once NAC reaches a resolution, the entire party is expected to stand by the decision without objection.n
