Aminata Bangura, an aged voter in Kamalo, Karene District has made a passionate plea to other aged voters to cast their ballot before polls closed on Saturday.
“I woke up as early as 7 in the morning.
“I’m voting for my children and I will inform my peers to cast their ballots,” the aged lady told our observer, Sorie Saio Sesay.
Kamalo is the hometown of the main opposition All People’s Congress (APC) Presidential Candidate, Samura Kamara.

Pre-election polls have predicted that the main opposition party will win the district by a landslide.
There are five parliamentary seats for grabs with 21 local council elections.
Meanwhile, Parliamentarian for constituency 065, Cecilia Mabinty Bangura also urged the local population to exercise their franchise.
