A young lawyer and former President of the Fourah Bay College Law Society, Mohamed Wurie Barrie criticised security forces who were seen celebrating with the Sierra Leone People’s Party (SLPP) Mayoral Candidate, Mohamed Gento Kamara.
“This is how Professional we can be when men in uniforms joined the celebration.
“The police and the RSLAF should be ashamed of this,” Bah said.
The video which surfaced on Monday showed police and military personnel dancing with the SLPP Mayoral Candidate at Presidential Lodge in Freetown.
Although both the SLPP and main opposition All People’s Congress (APC) are claiming victory after Saturday polls, 60 percent of presidential result released on Monday by the ECSL put the SLPP at a pole position with just over 55 percent.
The main opposition contested the result claiming they have won by a landslide.
The ECSL said the remaining 40 percent will announced on Wednesday.

No way. The Author of this write up is very wrong or biars.i was at the scene. The Police never , I mean never celebrating with Mohammed Gento Kamara. People where rushing at Gento everywhere to celebrate with him while the Police were seriously busy protecting him from the Crowd. Who knows the bad eggs amongst them..

We’ve got one of the dumbest law and order force in the planet,how could the military and the ‘Sierra leone Police Force’ celebrate a pseudo presidential election rigged victory.This is such a shame to the rest of the world.How ever,a circus is to be expected when political clowns rigg elections.
Who ever made the comment below about protecting and not celebrating should be even dumber that the cops and the scouts. (MILLITARY) Because there’s no where in the world that a protecting forces dances when trying to protect the VIP.People (Surrogates) could say unhinged statements and that troubles the rest us.
