An internal memo from the Clerk of Parliament, Dr. Paran Umar Tarawally has instructed Members of Parliament (MPs) to return official vehicles and plates.

“Honourable Members are kindly requested to return constituency number plates as well as official vehicles assigned to them,” the memo read.

Tower Hill further directed them to return the vehicles and plates to the Transport Unit of Parliament before the 25th April 2023.
