The Political Parties Regulation Commission (PPRC) has held the second hearing in the ongoing legal battle between Alhaji Samuel Sam Sumana and the All People’s Congress (APC).
During the session held at the PPRC Headquarters in Freetown, Hon. S.B.B. Dumbuya testified as a principal witness in the matter.
He provided detailed accounts of the expulsion and later reinstatement of Sam Sumana by the APC’s National Advisory Committee (NAC).
Hon. Dumbuya also reflected on his past role as Chairman of the Court-Ordered 21-Man Committee, offering further insight into key decisions taken during that period.

His testimony was described as “truthful and sincere,” with observers noting that the proceedings have been fair and transparent so far.
The matter was adjourned to Tuesday, November 18, 2025, when two additional key witnesses are expected to appear before the Commission.
