The Minister of Basic and Senior Secondary Education, Dr. David Moinina Sengeh has drew comparison between the All People’s Congress (APC) manifesto and the Sierra Leone People’s Party (SLPP) manifesto.
“SLPP: 120 pages; Abridged SLPP Manifesto: 24 pages; APC Manifesto: 10 pages; Abridged APC Manifesto: 8 pages,” Sengeh compared the two manifestoes on his Facebook page.
The Education Minister also continued to mock the APC manifesto by criticising their style of writing and presentation of planning.
“Did you notice that there is absolutely no number, target, figure, percentage or data in the entirety of the APC manifesto?” he questioned.
Minister Sengeh also suggested that the APC party’s theme “One Nation” is likened to the SLPP’s One Country, One People slogan.
The main opposition APC launched their manifesto on Monday focusing on 10 key areas including national unity and cohesion, accelerate investments, strengthen economic diplomacy and intensify efforts in job creation.
The education minister is quite correct to say that.
David Sengeh, even if you make any mockery that would not change our minds set; we the meaningful or ‘soba’ Sierra Leoneans we are tired of your daily slpp propagandas!!!. Twenty four days left, for the General Elections and we’re going to show how the Mighty A. P. C manifesto is Over powerful for the people of this 👆 Nation 🇸🇱…. Without A. P. C. It is true that the theme “ONE NATION” is likened to that of the SLPP slogan “ONE COUNTRY ONE PEOPLE” and you guys in the APC didn’t notice or rather of ignorance didn’t notice that your manifesto has definitely no number, target, figure, percentages or data.
For those that are opposing the SLPP if you go back to our political history you will realize the the APC party is not healthy for our beloved mama salone.
If you love salone and put her at the center whe reading the history you will come to understand that all the suffering and wars we have encountered is caused by the APC but if you have been infected by colour, party or tribe, you will not see this truth.

Dr David Sengeh is absolutely correct. Apc are not taking the people of this country seriously. Very childish manifesto with the things mentioned they’re not even sure of doing it. Is a disgrace. They’re very skeptical of themselves. Is like presenting a home work to your teacher u didn’t take your time to do proper research, very doubtful of it which you’re not even sure of passing.

The Education Minister’s opinion is on the right trajectory which leads to the path of patriotism and development.
We need political hygiene and in doing so we do not need a parrotious manifesto. We need one which is precise and succinct that captures the reality of all what will be done and not a deceptive “langa” “langa” manifesto.

If the APC manifesto was a presentation for a very important and high-paying job, then Mr Samura Kamara will not get the job. So why should he and the APC get the very important job of governing the affairs of Sierra Leone? Tell me?

The facts are laid before you by the Minister of Education. To counteract those facts, show us evidences referencing your APC manifesto. The argument does not call for all the negative words and insults and molestation against the Hon Minister and HE the President. Those insults and molestation are not convincing to the average Sierra Leonean trust me. President Bio has said this so many times that ’APC nor good for densef and den nor good for dis country’. Proof him wrong. But the thing is that your party is built on the philosophy of insulting very good people, people of substance to the society you hate completely. We know what you stand for and we saw it exhibited over the years of APC rule in this country. You left us with the mess of tribalism, regionalism, poor economy, no reserve, bartered economy, mammy curse etc. all the things you accuse SLPP of are reflects of APC. It’s psychological- a mirror reflection. Please go and do your homework properly if you want to avoid these talk shows on social media. You are exposing your incapability to rule this country. APC party is indeed a target for the SLPP just imagine, they wrote there manifesto and none of the APC members condemn it because it was written to best of their knowledge and understand.

The “ONE NATION” Theme simply represent the country not SLPP slogan.
David should be thinking of what should be there campaign messages to the people of Sierra Leone and believe me SLPP should not be promise at this point in time but they should be saying that, these are our achievement and if you believe in us, then make your choice.

In Sierra Leone, West Africa Born a son named David Monina Sengeh who is now the NEW MINISTER OF EDUCATION ON PLANET EARTH FOR THE YEAR 2022/2023 AND 2023/2024 partly, this is so true that of which we can not run away from. for example. People call some candidate in the tray as Sierra Leone economic expatriate.
So my people if we are dressing such person interns of EDUCATION one has to be very careful. this is directly going to all political leaders, politicians, bloggers, journalist Presidential Candidate aspirants educationist, party members, civil servants nationalist in Sierra Leone in the world at large.
From his analysis and comparison made on the two political party manefestoes, he did measure few things. and let me tell you the thing he made measure of are the basis of which UN, WORLD BANK, IFM, ADB, COMMON WEALTH, UK US and all of our allies / partners rely on during decision making to fund give funding for instance to Sierra Leone Government.

4.Children including school going Children

c) Trade INCLUDING EXPORT/IMPORT
d) Human right records by %
In other words our partners the Europeans may like to understand our governance structure percentage ( % ) in all areas. or in the form of FIGURES. not in any form of sacka stick manner ie we have men, women, and children in Sierra Leone. but HOW MANY men, women etc. should be the food for thought..
One may WANT to say we don’t need ambiguous one but a simple MANIFESTOE…………oh yes simple manifesto, but mind you the document is not only a national one but international. proof me wrong ?.
Am not a politician, so Sierra Leone. let pay attention to Dr Sengeh comment and concerned about the proposed national plan for the country (MANEFESTO). he has seen what the world is about to see…………….. and if they see it in that sate the might mean to say that we are not serious as a nation.
