The National Executive Council (NEC) of the Sierra Leone People’s Party (SLPP) recently gathered at the party’s headquarters in Freetown to discuss key matters concerning the party’s future.
The meeting focused on extending the timeline for the continuation of lower-level elections and prolonging the lifespan of the party’s executive across all structures. Additionally, the NEC addressed internal issues that could affect the party’s progress.
Led by President Julius Maada Bio, the SLPP aims to strengthen internal unity as it prepares for the 2028 elections.
