Erstwhile member of Parliament of the main opposition, All People’s Congress (APC), Osman Abdal Timbo has formally announced his intention to rerun for Parliament in the 2023 upcoming Parliamentary and Presidential elections.

He made this known today, 18 April 2023 after winning his party symbol for the elections unopposed.

The Politician is vying for the Parliamentary ticket with the mantra “finishing unfinished business”.

“As I won my party’s symbol Award Elections Unopposed, I formally announce to you that I will be rerunning for Parliament in our Forthcoming Parliamentary elections,” he stated.

In 2018, Timbo was among the 10 APC Parliamentarians that were removed as a result of a controversial ruling by the Sierra Leone Judiciary.
