President Bio and Kandeh Yumkella have forged an alliance on Wednesday, 12th April 2023.

In his statement on Twitter, Dr. Kandeh yumkella confirmed that after a year of dialogue, they have reached a crucial point in Sierra Leone’s Political history.

“After a year of dialogue, we have reached a crucial turning point in our country’s Political History, where we prioritize peace and set aside personal ambition for a better salone”- Yumkella stated

He further stated that together, they will make a difference. He urged to work towards a brighter future for Sierra Leone

Meanwhile President Bio confirm in a Tweet that he met with Dr. Kanndeh Yumkella together with the Vice President, Dr Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh at the state house in Freetown.

“We discussed various development and governance issues facing our beloved nation. We exchange ideas on promoting out Government’s people-oriented policies. We agreed on the need to build a progressive alliance to advance transformative development and strengthen national cohesion.” President Bio stated

He affirmed that together, they will push Sierra Leone towards the Right Direction for our current and future generations.
