Leone Stars Prolific striker Amadou Bakayoko has joined Japanese J-League side Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo from Scottish club Dundee United on a free transfer.
The Sierra Leone international had played for Dundee FC in Scotland and was on loan at Forest Green in the 5th Division in English
The 6ft 4 centre-forward joins Dundee on a season long-loan deal from Forest Green Rovers.
27-year-old Bakayoko came through the ranks at Walsall and went on to play 93 times for The Saddlers, he had loan spells with Southport, AFC Telford United and Worcester City whilst signed to Walsall. He then spent time with Coventry City firstly in English League One and then the English Championship after they gained promotion. He then moved to Bolton Wanderers before joining Forest Green.
Amadou has been capped over six times for the Sierra Leone National Team and has scored goals for the Western side. He last scored for Sierra Leone against Burkina Faso in a 2-2 draw in the FIFA Workd Cup Qualifiers .
