Mohamed Bangura scored a brace as Bhantal FC thrashed Wusum Stars 4-0 to go top of the Premier League table.
The striker, who netted 13 goals last season, needed just 26 minutes to score the opener for Bhantal before Fleance Kamara doubled the lead 9 minutes later.
Before the interval, Mohamed added his second, and Mohamed Kamara sealed the win for the leaders.
Last season, Bhantal drew their first three matches (1-1 with East End Lions, 0-0 with Diamond Stars, and 0-0 with Old Edwardians).
Wusum Stars, who have already drawn two and lost one, won one and drew two in the previous campaign, finishing fourth in the table.
At the Approved School Field, Luawa FC’s 100% record came to an end after a 0-0 draw with Freetown City FC.
Today, Mighty Blackpool will host Old Edwardians at SLFA Academy, while East End Lions take on Bai Bureh Warriors at Approved School.
