Leone Stars Captain Steven Caulker’s time at Wigan Athletic seems to have come to an abrupt end.

According to reporter Alan Nixon, it was reported that the 31-year-old has already exited the DW stadium just 25 days after he signed a contract until the end of the season.

Caulker was Kolo Toure’s first signing of his ill-fated manager reign with Wigan.

Following social media speculation regarding his future though, Caulker has reportedly walked out on the second tier’s bottom side and new manager Shaun Maloney, despite having over four months remaining on his contract.
