Leone Stars Defender, Curtis Davies has announced his retirement from both Club and International Football at the age of 39.
Davies made three appearances for Sierra Leone and also scored à crucial goal against Djibouti which helped Sierra Leone to secure its first three points in the qualifiers .
Born in Leytonstone, United Kingdom, Davies made 3 appearances for the England U-21 squad between 2006 and 2007 before switching allegiances in 2023 in an international friendly against Somalia in Morocco.
Davies, who recorded 686 brought in wealth of experience to the youngsters in the Sierra Leone national team.
