East End Lions FC has defeated FC Kallon 1-0 in the ongoing Sierra Leone Premeir League on Sunday 23, April 2023 at the Trade Center Playing Field in Freetown.
This fixture, commonly referred to as the Freetown derby, marks the second-leg encounter between the two teams.
