The fixture before their sixth meeting in the ongoing 2022/23 season has only produced one win after FC Kallon secured a convincing 2-0 victory in the previous encounter in March last year 2022.

East End Tigers’ Joseph D. Kamara 25 minutes strike on Sunday evening at the Trade Centre field opened the deadlock in the match, but the club’s former tails man Baimba Sesay levelled the score line for the visitors a few minutes before the first-half recess in the 37 minutes.

Baimba Sesay completed his brace in the match in the 66 minutes to give FC Kallon a 2-1 lead, however, Atta Texton prevented a third consecutive league defeat for his side following a late strike to produce a 2-2 score line and salvage a point for East End Tigers.

Both teams have recorded three league draws in the 2022/23 Sierra Leone Premier League season, FC Kallon sits in the eighth position with nine points out of seven matches played two wins and two defeats.

East End Tigers FC has only registered a win, and suffered three defeats, while they occupy the twelfth position with six points and will travel to Port Loko on Saturday, to face off against the fifth-placed side Bai Bureh Warriors Football Club.
