Isaac Babadi, a Sierra Leonean descent born in the Netherlands has been included in the 22-player roster of PSV for the upcoming UEFA Champions’ League Group B fixture.

The 18-year-old Babadi might make an appearance against Arsenal this evening at the Emirates Stadium as PSV Eindhoven locks horns with the London side in their Champions League clash.

Ahead of this pivotal group-stage kickoff, Babadi was seen practicing with the PSV team at the Emirates. He marked his Champions League journey with PSV by netting a goal in their 4-1 triumph over Sturm Graz on August 8th.

This marks PSV’s return to the UEFA Champions League group stage after a hiatus of five years. The previous season witnessed a face-off between the two clubs, with Arsenal emerging victorious.

This match is set to be the fifth European face-off between Arsenal FC and PSV. It’s noteworthy that PSV hasn’t celebrated a victory on English soil in the UEFA Champions League for quite some time.

The last time they clinched a win in England was during the 1997-1998 season when they bested Newcastle United 2-0. The goals were credited to Luc Nilis and Gilles de Bilde. (Xanax)
