A young Sierra Leonean football fanatic, Bei Santigie Kargbo has written to Leone Stars Prolific Striker Kei Kamara. The Letter is a response to Kei Kamara recent address to the FIFA Executive Council member and the Ghanaian born midfielder Samuel Bekoe who intends to switch nationality.
The young man spits fire on Kei Kamara that as someone who has played football at the highest level should understand that football is a professional sport irrespective of nationality race, color or tribe.
He further commented that he was not expecting a professional player with 12 years experience in the national team to portray a message which makes no sense.
He further defended Isha Johansen and the Ghanaian midfielder Samuel Bekoe in his social media address that saying Isha had no positive impact in her entire 8 years reign as president of the country’s football Association sounds really outrageous.
He further emphasized Samuel Bekoe’s switch of nationality does not make him better as compared to our Sierra Leonean brothers or either way makes him the best player in the world but at least every player in the world switch nationality if not everyday. He compared Kei to Bekeo as just another player who looks for better opportunity. He suggested that if Samuel deserves the called up we should give him the opportunity.
