As many predicaments has befallen our darling an beloved Leone Stars striker Musa Noah Kamara aka Musa Tombo, Sierra Leone’s first International professional footballer to Europe John Dumbuya has philanthropically offered a donation in the fight to help Musa Tombo revamp to normal self.
There have been blames by many Sierra Leoneans who thought Musa has been at fault at his misfortunes all this while, some are blaming the family including the wife, Hawa Tombo who alleged that Musa’s problem is his mother, others who understood and felt the magnitude of what Musa had gone through have defended him in one way of the other.
John Dumbuya who is the first Sierra Leonean to have played in France donated a sum of One Thousand United States Dollar ($1,000) to help solve Musa’s misfortunes. This he backed up with one of his dwelling houses in Freetown to be used as a counselling facility for our beloved and celebrated player Musa.
In the pursuit of finding solutions to solve Musa’s predicaments, veteran Leone captain Abu Bakarr Tostao Kamara was tasked to take the lead in this direction.
This philanthropic spirit of John Dumbuya has been hailed and blessed by Sierra Leoneans who are really waiting to see that Musa finally gets into his shell and be the Musa they once had.
John A. Dumbuya who played his professional football in France and later moved to America, he is amongst the first five players in Sierra Leone to playing professional football. He was amongst the prolific strikers Leone Stars have ever had. He played for the National team in the 80s and 90s.
He pursued an International football career in France and later moved in the US. He opened a charity foundation named John A Dumbuya Charity Foundation. It was launched in 2019, and according to findings, it was the first charitable organization and the largest in the Leicester road community.
The primary goals of the foundation are to enhance and expand educational opportunities to children in need of education and also to motivate hardworking pupils who are performing well in public exams.
The Leone Stars legendary player has extended his philanthropic hands to reach Musa Tombo as we pray that his predicaments come to past.
